The Dance

When I was I kid I used to dream about being a ballerina.  I watched hours of The Nutcracker with my Grandmother and took years of dance lessons.  I still love to dance gracefully when no one is watching. This painting was inspired by Edgar Degas' famous painting Two Dancers on a Stage.
