Private Party Information

To book an event 

I love teaching people to paint and am willing to work and customize any request.  If you are ready to book your event at the Nest, a $50 Deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.  $25 a person minimum of 6 artist maximum of 12 to be held at Lynnie's Nest.  Erica is more than willing to travel if you have more than 12 people that would like to paint. 

Traveling parties, not hosted at the Nest, $100 deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.  $25 per person.  If group is less than 8 people, a $200 minimum is require for a traveling party. 

The remaining cost of your event will be invoiced 48 hours before your event and will need to be paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, reschedule your party a minimum of one week (7days) notice is REQUIRED.

If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation deposit and any reserved seats will be credited towards a future event or class.  This credit never expires and can be used for an event in the future or given as a gift. 

If you host an event and guests cannot attend, please understand that there is a minimum balance ($200.00) to meet, and the remaining balance of the private paint event will be due on date of event.
